Role Summary

Simone Hutchins Lewer serves as the Business Relationship Manager for the Center for Managed Technology Services (CMTS). In this role, she manages strategic partnerships and fosters engagement between stakeholders and CMTS to support the effective implementation and execution of managed IT services across Texas A&M AgriLife.

Simone works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure services are aligned with stakeholder needs, expectations, and organizational priorities, helping drive successful outcomes and long-term collaboration.

• Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Texas A&M University – College Station
• Associate of Arts, Lone Star College – Montgomery
• Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP)
• ITIL 4 certification
