Role Summary

Jared Leonguerrero serves as a Full Stack Engineer II with the Center for Managed Technology Services (CMTS). In this role, he designs, develops, and supports enterprise and research web platforms, contributing both front-end and back-end expertise to complex, large-scale systems across Texas A&M AgriLife.

He works at the intersection of engineering, platform governance, and service delivery, applying security-conscious, standards-aligned practices informed by experience with operating system security, cloud environments, and critical infrastructure protection to ensure solutions are secure, accessible, scalable, and compliant.

  • Recognized subject-matter expert for large-scale WordPress environments supporting hundreds of affiliated sites
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure-aware development
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
