Role Summary

Angel Salinas serves as the Assistant Director of Operations for the Center for Managed Technology Services (CMTS). In this role, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and adoption of CMTS managed IT services.
Angel works closely with research, academic, and administrative units to align technology services with organizational needs, helping clients navigate service offerings, engagement models, and long-term technology planning.

  • Leadership experience in retail management, outside sales, Director of Sales, and Business Operations Manager roles
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and business growth

Education and Credentials

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Baylor University
  • Certificate in Cybersecurity, Baylor University
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, Tarleton State University
  • Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP)
  • ITIL 4 certification
