Interns gain practical experience, industry-recognized credentials, and a clear path toward professional success. Through hands-on project work, coaching, and exposure to research operations, students build:

Professional experience is NOT required, but applicants are encouraged to include any relevant work experience in their application.

To apply for the internship, please prepare and submit the following materials:

  • Resume

  • Statement of Interest

  • Availability Form

  • Any additional supporting documents, if applicable

The internship posting remains open year-round on HireAggies. Applications are reviewed during the six weeks prior to the start of each Fall and Spring semester.

Key Dates:

  • Fall Semester Start: Late August

  • Spring Semester Start: Mid-January

  1. Launch the HireAggies portal

  2. Log in using your NetID (SSO)

    • Choose “Current Students: Single Sign-On” and log in with your Texas A&M NetID and password.

  3. Complete Required Profile Setup

    • If you haven’t already, after logging in, finish your profile: personal info, privacy settings, interests, and documents (resume/transcript).

    • This step is essential—many platform features are locked until your profile is completed.

  1. Find the Job Posting

    • Navigate to the Jobs or Search Jobs tab. Use the search bar to enter Job ID: 359783 and run the search.

  2. Review and Apply

    • Click the appropriate job title from the results to view full details.

    • Click Apply, upload required documents (application materials stated in a previous section) and submit per the on-screen directions.

  3. Confirm Submission

    • Look for an application confirmation email or check your Applications tab within HireAggies to ensure submission was successful.
